Data Privacy Clause

The National Archives of the Philippines (NAP) recognize their responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the DATA PRIVACY ACT OF 2012.

The data gathered in this form shall be used by the organizers for purposes of attendance monitoring, for clasifications, if any, and transmittal of certificates, if requested. All personal information shall be kept confidential. No information of a personal nature shall be shared with other organizations without consent from the individual, nor shall it be used for any other purpose other than as stated herein.
